Welcome!

We are thrilled to have you as a new member/representative with the        Chamber of Commerce of the Mid-Ohio Valley!
Chamber 101 will be an overview of all the wonderful benefits that you receive by being a MOV Chamber member. We will cover topics ranging from networking events, communications, committees ,and member to member benefits. 

Meet the Staff

Jill Parsons is the President/CEO of the MOV Chamber. If she isn’t at the Chamber Office, she can be found on the tennis or pickeball court or walking her dog, Molly. Jill is involved with the Parkersburg Rotary Club and is one of the coaches for the tennis team at Jackson Middle School.

Nicole Guinn 
is the Membership and Events Specialist at the MOV Chamber. When she isn’t at the MOV Chamber Office, she can be found at home with her husband, two kids, her cat Whiskers and her puppy dog Dom.

MOV Member Calendar

Our MOV Chamber Member Calendar is a centralized location for our MOV Chamber Members to post their organization’s upcoming events and promotions. This calendar will be separate from our MOV Chamber events calendar.
The member calendar will be shared with the community so they can stay up-to-date with member’s event/promotion information.
This is your calendar and we want you to get the most out of it, so make sure you are posting your events often!
Our MOV Chamber Member calendar is a benefit of membership for our members, which means only MOV Chamber members can post on the calendar. We suggest you add your event at least (2) weeks prior to the date of your event.
If you are planning an upcoming event, the member calendar is a great place to check to see what other events are going on during that time.
The submission form is easy to navigate. You will need the following information when submitting your event / promotion :
  • Event Name

  • Start Date / Time

  • End Date / Time

  • Where / Address

  • Description of Event

  • Contact Person

  • Contact Phone Number

  • Contact Email

  • Website

  • Image (if you cannot load your image, email it to us and we can upload it on our end)

Once you submit your event, we will review and approve it within 24 hours. We will reach out to you if we have any questions or see any issues.
If something changes regarding your event (date, time, etc), please reach out to us and let us know. We can make updates to your event at any time.
